All logos, trademarks, branding, names, course titles, and associated materials are the property of The FEMME CEO Network or used with appropriate permission.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content and coaching services, no refunds are issued under any circumstance once access has been granted or sessions have been booked.

If your purchase includes coaching calls, you are responsible for scheduling them. Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Failure to show up or cancel in time will result in forfeiture of that session.

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date payment information. You are responsible for timely payment of all fees associated with your purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All content on the site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights. You may not use, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Content or the Site, in whole or part, for commercial purposes without written permission.

We are not responsible for the functionality, quality, or support of any third-party services linked or integrated on the site, such as payment processors (e.g., Stripe), scheduling tools, or hosting platforms.

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the site or its materials.

As a mindset and personal growth coaching platform, we do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any mental health or medical condition. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or professional financial/legal advice.

You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and actions you take based on any coaching or educational materials provided.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data. However, by using this site, you agree to receive communications from us about your purchases, new offerings, and program updates via email.

You agree not to upload, share, or engage in any behavior on the site that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any user or content we deem to violate these standards.
